PlanWell PDS (Plan Distribution System) is an online planroom designed specifically for use by general contractors.
PlanWell PDS maintains a database of your subcontractors and your projects. You create an order online indicating which subcontractors to distribute plans to, and how and when the drawings should be shipped. RPG receives the order, prints it, and ships it directly to your subcontractors, or returns the drawings back to you.
You can also have PlanWell PDS automatically notify subcontractors via email when they are selected to bid. They can view the project documents, and place orders online. The drawings can be billed to your account or to the subcontractor.
You can view order history by project to determine whish subcontractors have ordered drawings, and which specific sheets and revisions they have received.
